Agreement to Terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the SolidGround Landscaping mobile application and related services (collectively, the "Service") operated by SolidGround Landscaping ("we," "our," or "us").
By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the Terms, you may not access the Service.
Description of Service
SolidGround Landscaping provides a mobile platform that enables users to:
- Browse and select professional landscaping services.
- Book and schedule service appointments.
- Request and manage quotes for landscaping projects.
- Track the status and progress of active services.
- Communicate with service providers about projects.
User Accounts
To access certain features of the Service, you must create an account using Google Authentication. You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
- All activities that occur under your account.
- Providing accurate and complete information during registration and when booking services.
- Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
Booking and Services
Service Requests
When you submit a service request or booking through the app, you are making a request for landscaping services. All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by our team.
Quotes and Pricing
Quotes provided through the Service are estimates based on the information you provide. Final pricing may vary based on actual site conditions, scope changes, and material costs. We will communicate any significant pricing changes before proceeding.
Cancellations
You may cancel or reschedule a booking through the app. Cancellation policies may apply depending on the timing and type of service. Details are provided at the time of booking.
User Responsibilities
When using the Service, you agree to:
- Provide accurate property information and access instructions.
- Ensure safe access to the service area for our team.
- Not use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms.
- Not interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers connected to the Service.
- Not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Service.
Intellectual Property
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by SolidGround Landscaping and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works of any portion of the Service without our express written permission.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, SolidGround Landscaping shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of the Service.
Our total liability for any claims arising from or related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which SolidGround Landscaping operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes through the app or by other means. Your continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service at any time, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users of the Service, us, or third parties, or for any other reason at our sole discretion.
